fresh milk

I think if I knew how/where I could get milk that has just come from the cow. I do not think the cows come to our doorstep like they do for some houses, but I think they are back in the depths of Shivajinagar.

LOL. The cow never comes to your doorstep, the milkman does. The milkman milks his cow at his home and brings the milk in a vessel. I guess you knew that, but I cannot resist telling you :)

I wouldn't recommend it though, they add water to it and you never know what the quality of that water is.

Thanks for dropping by my blog.

Yes, they do bring the cow to the doorstep and give your fresh milk right there. I have seen this in some places. Spread the word around, your maid, driver etc, and I am sure something will work out.

BTW, Debbie, I need to email you. How do I do that?

good idea about spreading the word, I think my house cleaner might even go get that milk for me, thanks! I knew cows sometimes come to front doors!

hi debbie ann... thanks for stopping by my blog! is this the same DA from desicritics?

anyway I would have to warn you about drinking fresh milk. from city cows. these cows graze on refuse and garbage all day... the milk carries a LOT of bacteria. if you plan to boil the living hell out of it you *might* be alright, but you're really risking amebiosis by drinking unpasteurized milk.

If it were some farm animal being fed fresh hay and grains, I would give you a different answer... but I assume you've seen what the cows eat here in bangalore?!?!?!?
